Yes, this post starts with a picture. Are you licking your screens yet?? Gosh, this is SO good I don’t even know how to describe it… When did Cauliflower become so darn versatile?! I use this vegetable in EVERYTHING and it always just seems to work out perfectly.
Ok so I havent made a cauliflower doughnut yet but I swear I think it would work…
Food for thought?…
1 bag raw cauliflower / or half a head
Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil Spray (From Trader Joes)
Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
umm yeah, that’s it.
- Lay the cauliflower on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Spray with olive oil lightly. Sprinkle with Salt & Pepper. You could also add some turmeric if you want them to get that bright orange color. Why not?
- Bake at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes flipping them around halfway through.
- Toss with 2 tablespoons Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce and pop back in the oven at 375 degrees for another 15 minutes
- Toss with 1 more tablespoon Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce and DEVOUR immediately. I like to serve these with celery & vegan ranch if I’m sharing or over a bed of lettuce & drizzled with vegan ranch if I’m keeping them all to myself. Either way… pure bliss!
Enjoy it Veganly Much!
p.s. I could’ve easily ate this entire recipe in one sitting. If you’re planning on sharing, try doubling or tripling the recipe. These go so fast at my house.
