Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, AADP | Certified Transformational Coaching Method Mastery Coach| Certified Biochemical Mental Health & Addiction Recovery Nutritional Counselor | Speaker | Founder Eat 2 Be Healthy My name is Jenifer Duron and I’m a health and wellness expert who inspires others to take their health into their own hands. When I founded Eat 2 Be Healthy, my purpose was simple: Create a company that helps people “Eat to Live and Live to Love”. Each and every day, I strive to ensure that Eat 2 Be Healthy’s clients reach that goal.
After years (decades really) struggling with my own health issues, I was finally able to alleviate these debilitating symptoms after I took an alternative and holistic approach to my health. This one decision set me on a course that would completely change my life…beyond my wildest dreams. As most people would, I knew I needed to help others who were also suffering. I began my career in the health industry working with clients tormented with chronic pain and chronic diseases. I then decided to follow my passion of helping individuals struggling with chemical dependency, food related addictions, and mental health issues. After working with hundreds of clients, I quickly learned that there was something more underneath that was keeping them stuck and getting in the way of them being able to achieve their goals. I wanted to discover more pieces to the puzzle. After furthering my education once again, working closely in treatment oriented environments, along with my own personal growth journey alternative approaches to help my clients get rid of those unhealthy thought patterns were revealed to me. These approaches and modalities were game changers for my clients and myself.
Today at Eat 2 Be Healthy, I oversee the company’s strategic direction, work with clients individually as well as teach classes and workshops all over the world. My own experiences with anxiety, depression, and PTSD help me understand and support others beyond what my studies have taught me. I bring years of experience, a wealth of knowledge, and a passion and zest for healthy living to all I do. Drawing on these skills and knowledge, I teach clients to break through their limiting core beliefs and make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results. I thoroughly enjoy every opportunity I have to help people on their life journey.
Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, AADP | Esthetician | Integrative Reflexologist Speaker | Reiki Practitioner
My name is Andrea Everts from North Carolina. I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, certified as a Holistic Health Practitioner through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I came to the healing arts as a profession after 10 years home schooling my children, 15 years in Restaurants /Catering (predominantly in the Los Angeles area), 4 years in Business Management, and 5 years in Fine Jewelry. As a small child, my grandmother introduced the concept that food affects the body in all sorts of ways. I saw my Grandfather recover from diabetes after lifestyle, and dietary changes were implemented for the whole family. My Grandmother also refused to eat certain food based on how her body reacted. This intrigued me perhaps because it was radically different from my parents home. My Mother was very ill the first 6 years of my life, she was hospitalized for extended periods of time, my family wasn’t sure she was going to make it on several occasions. As a small child I had lots of tooth decay, terrible ear pain, and stomach aches for years. This along with my Mother’s ill health throughout her life, fed my insatiable appetite to learn all that I could about wellness and prevention. Also as an adolescent I had some difficulty with my weight and this lead me to extensive dieting (I am not recommending this) and reading about nutrition and weight loss techniques: calorie restriction, high protein, and low fat diets were big then. Thinking back on this period is depressing, as it felt like I was constantly battling myself because, I was. I knew there had to be a better way and eventually after many miserable years I realized it was what I was eating, not necessarily how much. I share my personal experiences with you to let you know that I haven’t always had it together. Often times when people look at me they think that I am one of ‘those types, who never has to think about what she eats.’ It is quite the contrary. I work with women interested in getting their glow back, cleansing, and lightening up their lives! Click here to contact Andrea Everts.

Wellness, health, and inspiring others are at the core of who Jeanine is and how she has lived her life. Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Jeanine has always embodied the “California Lifestyle” of being fit and active. What started as a personal passion to be fit and healthy has become Jeanine’s motivation and mission to help others reach their fitness goals and improve their quality of life. After an unexpected cancer diagnosis in 2009, Jeanine became ever more committed to the importance of a healthy lifestyle and the belief that healthy living comes from diet, exercise, and lifestyle choices that are sustainable.
